Here it is, the newest tutu of the bunch. Sooooo cute! It has an elastic waist band under that satin. Pretty slick huh! Makes it easier for your younger ones to get them on and off by them selves. Love it!!! This one is going to a tiny newborn princess. We'll make one for your princess too...see below...
We met during school. Soon the creating began and we found that we couldn't stop. We just think the world would be a better place if everyone wore a tutu!
